To better accommodate our guests and the many clients currently on our waitlist, we have updated our cancellation window from 24 hours to 48 hours.

This additional time allows us to reach out to clients who may be waiting for an appointment and offer them the opportunity to receive care.

If your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment before the 48 hour window.
